After your order is processed for shipping you will receive a tracking number which will be sent to you via email. You can then track your shipment 24 hours a day.

You must consult your health care provider to advise the protocol to be taken. The detox metabolizes drugs quicker through the liver which has a direct impact on your medications.

7. How long is the detox cleanse?
Lotus Purity Detox Cleanse is a 30 day cleanse. There are easy to follow directions on bottle. Some people go through what we call a "healing crisis" when they first start a cleanse. The most common symptoms include: fatigue, headache, minor rash, lack of mental clarity, joint or muscle ache, irritability, difficulty sleeping (or sleeping too much), or mood swings. This is the reaction of your body trying to remove all of the toxic chemical in your body. The symptoms can last up to 10 days but usually they surpass after 3 days. Make sure to drink plenty of water to help flush out the toxins quicker.

8. Will I this effect my work?
I recommend that you start the cleanse on a Friday. This way you can observe how your body reacts to the colon cleanser and to be close to the bathroom. Then after the few days you will know how your body reacts and can adjust accordingly when going to work so it will not affect your routine.

Each person's body reacts differently. For example, if you are a person that has a bowel movement once every 3 days then probably it will take a few days for the compaction to release. Once you are on the cleanse for a few days you should start having at least 3-5 bowel movements per day.

Yes, exercise helps flush and remove the toxins quicker through your body. Even light walking for 30 minutes is good.

11. Can I do this if I am pregnant?
No, you should not do this cleanse if you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant. You should wait until you are completely done breast feeding to begin the cleanse.

12. My stools are loose is that normal?
Yes, this is normal. The Lotus Purity Colon Cleanser is softening the stool which makes it easier to pass. It is breaking down the hard impacted fecal matter to an almost liquid form. This is not diarrhea. It is an indication that you are cleansing properly.
